Kudos to the Delaware Department of Transportation for covering its ass... er, I mean, putting out a handy diversity memo highlighting "workplace faux pas". We needed a good laugh.

The report advises employees to stay clear of statements such as:
- Should we order fried chicken or watermelon for you?
- I am not prejudiced against black people, my neighbors are black.
All that's missing such gems as: "Is it true what they say about black guys", "Can I touch your hair?" and, a personal favorite, "Hey, you're from Philadelphia, do you know Will Smith?
The scary thing, though, is that there are people who really do need to be told this kind of stuff.
