The market responds positively to news that the Writers Guild of America will be picketing the opening of Tyler Perry's new studio Saturday.
Live better. Work Union.Perry has amassed a fortune catering to the black audience while refusing to compensate his African-American writers at union standards. Perpetuating an already malignant wage discrepancy between writers of color and their white counterparts. Saturday's action will be a step in the right direction.
