The Index gets a "Push" forward (sorry, couldn't help myself) behind the success of Lee Daniels' film at the Sundance Film Festival. The adaptation of Sapphire's 1997 novel took home the Grand Jury Prize, The Audience Award and the Special Jury Prize.
That's right, a film with Mariah Carey won an award... and no, it's not a Razzie (this time).
