In the midst of all the trumped up health care debate it's sometimes easy to forget how historic this presidency really is. A recent Florida State psychological study showing what appears to be the disappearance of anti-black bias, while perhaps needing a lot more investigation, at least points to a changing of attitudes when it comes to the perception of black Americans.
