Racism? Probably not. It's just marketing (it's not like there are a lot of black folk in Poland). But it is a hilariously bad idea. And if there's anything that can be learned from all this it's if you're a company with Microsoft's power and reach, you might just want to go ahead and spring for the cost of another photoshoot.
