An Associated Press-Univision Poll found that 61 percent of people overall said Hispanics face significant discrimination, compared with 52 percent who said blacks do and 50 percent who said women.

The survey also underscored how perceptions of prejudice can vary by ethnicity. While 81 percent of Latinos said Hispanics confront a lot or some discrimination, a smaller but still substantial 59 percent of non-Hispanics said so.

He may be a bit of loose cannon, but he's also one of the greatest story tellers and comics this country has ever produced and a national treasure. Good to see him doing what he do again.



LOSERS

Malawi (MLWI) .73 -.69 -48.59%

As much confusion and lack of dialogue as there is in this country regarding the black community and homosexuality, it could be a lot worse.

Malawi’s first openly gay couple was ordered to serve a 14-year jail term, the maximum punishment allowed under a law that forbids homosexuality in the country.


*At least according to this, we're sure, very scientific poll that measures victimhood.
